Do not hire! She does nothing and takes the commission! This was a nightmare for me! I have purchased before with no problems. She did absolutely nothing! I was selling and spent more time talking to the buying agent to the close than anyone else. Never heard from her, no return phone calls! The house would have never been sold except for the buyers and buying agent who were trying to close. She never returned any calls for final walkthroughs delayed the entire process for months and left me holding the mortgage payments and utility bills. She is a complete nightmare do not hire her! |
