I found Bill to be very unorganized, would ask the same questions to the property manager and myself regarding names and contact information of the tenants.
He also was not very helpful when it came to negotiating. The buyer’s loan was over 100% of the purchase price – red flag to me, but Bill dragged things along and sure enough I had to give in $5K. Ensured me that the realtors would reduce the commissions to cover this – they did not.
He also had issues with dealing with one difficult tenant.
He recommended a lawyer, Ellen Priest who was also not very good:
Incorrect selling price and address on paper work – she insisted it was not her fault. Was not able to close till the very last day the loan was good for.I would not recommend either one of these Professionals, I use that term lightly. |
