	3/5/12	1	1	1	Hired this company to manage our rental property in Valdosta. They never stood behind the contract. Tenants they put in our home had the water turned off 3 times and this company did not abide by the contract and evict them. These same tenants stole property and did over $2000.00 in damamges and yet this Realtor moved them into another one of his properties and never recovered my losses for the damages or the stolen property.They never did inspections. Plain and simple they collected the 8.5 % commission and forgot about the management part.
