This agent has been disorganized since day 1. We have had to make several trips to meet her to fill out paperwork she forgot. When asked to help with certain concessions she was put off and acted as if she worked for the seller rather than us, and we had an all cash deal! She stayed true to form all the way through closing where, once again, she did not have it together and things weren't finished because of her stupidity and lack of knowledge and just plain laziness. Stay far away from this one unless you want to waste your time and fight one that is supposed to work for you. We have even had to tell her ways to get her job done because she couldn't figure it out. We did more work than her in the process of purchasing our home and it has been one very long headache and felt quite like a bad babysitting gig. She is an awful, awful agent. |
