He gets listings easily because the property management company feeds him all the listings. As the listing agent, he was discriminative, manipulative, and deceiving. After he accepted our offer, in 2 days, he turned back to tell us he will be hosting a multiple bidding (WAR). When we asked him how many existing bidders he had already, he said he does not know....He postponed and lied again when he did not have the winning bidder when he was supposed to as he promised. I just know he took extra time to give chance for other bidder (S) to match my offer. The winning bidder was a mere $2,000 higher than mine. I have been busy with many other things, but I do plan to file a complaint and request an investigation. As an real estate agent, he is lack of integrity and honesty. As a human being, he is a racist and moral failure. Do not be deceived by his age and modest look. being aN older man, you would think he has all the lessons learned from life, UnfortuneLY NOT. Li |
