We listed our property with Andre for a price that he himself suggested. Four days after we signed the listing agreement, he began pressuring us to sell for $300,000 less than the asking price. When we refused, he became insistent and didn't easily take no for an answer. About a month later, another buyer verbally made us a reasonable offer (i.e., close to the asking price). When the same offer came to us through Andre, it had been cut by $100,000. With this agent, you'll save money on the commission but you'll lose a lot more on the selling price. |
