Worst experience ever. Always 1-2 days behind promised schedule. Most frustrating was that our calls went unreturned even after numerous messages on urgent issues, after we were directly contacted by a buying agent with an offer it took 12 calls over a 2 hour period to contact them. Made us feel like our price was too high, laughed at it and almost refused to list at our price (sold for 15k more). As for the actual MLS listing - typos, did not follow our direction, and acted like it was a burden to correct. The service and work they promised during the initial interview were absolute lies. After the house went U/C we called to ask what the total profit/costs were and the response was "haha, what? Why are you asking me?" Still, there was money that changed hands that we cannot account for. This husband/wife team exhibited a "holier than thou" attitude as soon as they had a signature on an agreement to list. The only positive out of this hellish deal was the lessons we learned. |
