Ric Cheng is very dishonest and has no integrity. Will under value your home to make a quick sale, he's not concerned with you getting top price, only a quick comission in his pocket, will tell you everything you wnat to hear to get your listing and once he does you will NEVER hear from him, unless to lower your price! I caught Lie after lie after lie from Ric Cheng! My opinion, go with an agent that dosent advertise I have hundred listings and go with someone that will care bout your personaly about you and your home! |
