I've used Astrid to buy two homes, sell a condo, and rent out one home, and I have to say, she's just wonderful. I realized how wonderful she was after purchasing a condo without her (I was told to use a local Westwood agent, since Astrid's based in the San Fernando Valley). Boy was that a mistake; my other agent was horrible; it was like pulling teeth to get any help from her... So for my condo sale and next home purchase, I went back to Astrid. Astrid is an incredibly hard worker, extremely diligent, detail oriented, and the sweetest woman you will ever meet. And she's honest. She understood how busy I was with work, and did everything possible to work around my schedule. She's also a great filter - she knew what I wanted and previewed dozens of houses so I wouldn't have to waste my time. Once I was in escrow, she also took care of a lot of meetings that I couldn't make (e.g., escorting the termite inspector), which made my life much easier. Highly recommended! |
