been with this realtor for just over 4 months now. for over two months have not heard a thing from this person. had to make a threat to take him to the realtor board of colorado in order for him to get a response. did but now he has promptly disappeard again. Avoid this aget if you can. |

the most unreliable person that I have even done business with. Terrible communication with no calls and rarely even a returned phone call. Most recently, lost the key to our house and is delaying getting it back on the market. Did not follow through with many promises. Some of the things he agreed to do but never followed through on include: weekly status updates, arranging for lawn to be mowed, removing moving boxes from garage, holding open houses, etc. Most recently, his contract with us expired and we fell off the MLS without even a courtesy phone call to let us know the status. He left the lock box on our hose, left his sign in our yard and somehow lost our key. Look elsewhere because Dustin does not provide quality service or follow through with his promises. |
