After contacting several agents via e-mail, he was the only one to get on the phone and get back to me right away. He was very helpful, and seemed to know his stuff. We have purchased four properties through Michael, all waterfront investment properties.
Michael was straight and to the point, and did what he said he was going to do immediately without excuses. His knowledge of waterfront was far better then any other agent I talked to in PEI. He knows he stuff and was honest in his opinions. Not your typical salesperson. He even sent me an amazing closing gift after the property was put in my name.
The best agent in PEI to deal with. Experienced, ethical, honest, and knowledgeable. If you pick just one agent in PEI let it Michael Poczynek. No one else compares.
