Fantastic experience! We needed to sell our Illinois home after a job transfer and we listed with Tamara's team. Her assistant Ellie is the best! They helped us stage the home, recommended a great,honest and cheap handyman for minor fix ups and provided beautiful marketing and photos of our home. Amanda made our home look stunning on line!! Tamara and her team were awesome! We had been listed with another company with no results and Tamara came in and told us what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell- showed us what the current market was really doing and wowed us with her marketing and negotiation skills! Tamara and her team were wonderful to work with- they kept us updated throughout the listing so we always knew what was going on. Her assistant even met buyers at the home several times to make sure the drapes were open and lights turned on and the home showed the best when we could not do it.
