He was so inept we ended up switching realtors. He never got back to us after we put a bid in on our house. We finally got the information from his partner (his mommy) after calling and emailing both of them for 2 days. He showed up late to every viewing. He never returned our emails until we sent and resent them.
Did not negociate well to have items fixed in home. Promised money to seller and did not follow through. Made too many Assumptions about seller ending up in more papper work for seller.
