I used him to rent my condo, after I moved out of state for work. Not a bad guy, but his attitude completely changed when his commission was secure. Basically, I got told to kiss off when I asked why work wasn't done that he promised to take care of. Also, I don't think he fought as hard as he should have to get me top dollar. He was very quick to spend my money and promise things would be repaired, without checking with me first. Not recommended if you can't keep an eye on him at all times. |
