Ilissa was wonderful to work with! She was very knowledgeable about the downtown area condo market and had lots of patience during the process - especially for a first time buyer. She was very honest during the process and looks out for things that first time buyers may not think of. I would highly recommend her to others. |

My wife and I have been working with Ilissa for several years now. She was originally referred to us by a friend and helped us in locating our condo. Then needing an increase in size Ilissa was our realtor for the sale of that condo and helped us in finding our house. She knows the downtown condo market and has contacts throughout the condo industry in Milwaukee, which helps when there is such an abundant supply of condos in the area. As for housing she was really patient with us...My wife and I had a particular taste and she guided us through several afternoons of showing houses with very little to show for it. Then finally she told us that she wanted to take us to a house that we had never considered, we dropped an offer and were in the house within 3 weeks. I cant say enough about how accommodating, knowledgeable and hard working Ilissa has been for us and have recommended her to many of our friends entering the Milwaukee market. |

Ilissa helped my wife and I find our condo. We were newer to the Milwaukee area and she was patient and knowledgeable as she showed us around. We are extremely pleased with our place and are grateful to Ilissa for the role that she played in making it possible. Strongly recommended. |

2 years ago Ilissa sold my mother-in-law's house after she passed. Another agent from a different agency had the house for 6 months and didn't show an interest in selling it at all. Ilissa came in and sold the house in 6 weeks. Within another 3 months she managed to sell us a beautiful house and sell our house! Ilissa is agressive and is definitely a knowledgable agent that I would recommend and use again!!! |

We worked thru Ilissa a couple of years ago and have recommended her repeated to others. She came to know us well enough that she knew in advance how we would rate homes. We were very picky but she stayed with us and worked with us consistently and steadily. We continue to recommend Ilissa. Thanks |

I would recommend Ilissa to anybody wanting to sell a condo in downtown milwaukee. She is very professional and took the time to truely understand my needs (ie:desired sale timeframe, pricepoint, going rate in the market and the value my condo brought to perspective buyers). I had my condo previously listed with another agent who was a total disappointment. After switching to Ilissa my condo sold within several weeks. very fast in this market! I would recommend Ilissa to anybody who wants to sell their condo fast at the rate the marketplace demands. She understand how to sell and where you need to price it based on your timeline, goals, the value of the property etc. Great job Ilissa! |

Say what you will about Ilissa, but she sold our condo in 4 days...in this horrible market. I think that fact speaks for itself! She definitely has the reputation and connections to sell in the downtown MKE condo market! |

I would not recommend Ilissa. She does not do the follow-ups or activities that she promised from the outset. She does not provide insight or information on what the market around you is doing, which is critical in this market. We had expected an aggressive agent with expertise in selling in the condo market, which is exactly how she marketed and presented herself. We have not seen actions that match those expectations. She has not researched the market around us and how it is changing. She does not make pricing recommendations and has done little to market our condo beyond putting it out on MLS and having it show on ShorewestTV. |

We listed our condo with Ilissa and within a month it sold! In this market....this is pretty much a miracle. Note: prior to listing with Ilissa we were listed under two other agents over the course of 4 months. We are now working w/ Ilissa on the purchase of a home in Mequon and she has been a life savor. First -- she recommended the best Home Inspection person there is around (Smart Move Home Inspection Services) --- who by the way uncovered a significant basement problem in the home we are looking to purchase that 2 other inspectors completely missed. And second, has been handling all negotiations with the home's questionable listing agent to ensure we are not being taken advantage of. We love Ilissa and would highly recommend her if you are looking to either list your home or if you are looking to make a home purchase. She is truly one of Milwaukee's best. |
