Congress Realty did a nice job with my property through their MLS listing service. Basically, I paid $299 for the placement of my property on the MLS. The most impressive part of the service offered was their private client area. Overall, I was impressed with Mr. English's knowledge of the Scottsdale Market. The only thing I would do different is add the full service option. With the option I picked, I negotiated my own contract, however, I only paid the $299 fee. They do offer a service where they will do everything for you. Looking back, I would probably add this service just for convenience. I am impressed with Mr. English and Congress Realty. |
