Jasmine was showing a property to another couple when we arrived. Our agent had not arrived to the property yet. We asked her if we could walk through and she said she couldn't allow use to walk through the property by ourselves however she would walk through with us until our agnet arrived. When our agent arrived he was upset but Jasmine had advised us that it wasn't a good ideal to walk through with her but we insisted that she take us through. Can we say helpful, helpful, helpful she knew everything interest rates, market value, inspection process, remodeling tips she just knew it all. We have since fired our agent is is working with her towards a home purchase How lucky are we!!!1

This is a different kinda of real estate agent. Never seen a real estate agne thtat hits you with the good bad and the ugly. She's almost to honest to believe. I'm a investor from Californis that purchases home in and around Detroit and contact her to get a market overview on a few properties I was looking to flip and her answer to me was good luck. she said the Michigan Market wasn't the market to buy and flip in right now because of value unlike every other agent I spooke with thet encouraged me to buy so I could flip. She advised me to buy and hold on for residual income. She advised that rental property was the way to go for at least the next year.I have followed her advosed and purchase several homes and I have to admit she was on to something. I have a teady cash flow coming in that will make me more money over the long term than I had expected. I would say A++++ to her. She's really good at what she does. Her knowledge is priceless.
I closed on a house and Jasmine represented the seller's. She's tough and i admire her for that. In the closing me and my husband objected to some of the terms of the mortgage and our agent suggested we walk away from the deal if we were uncomfortable with our rate. Jasmine asked her client to step out of the room with her and she advised them thast if we didn't close on the deal that the seller's had the right to sue us for damamges and that she would also sue us for her commission. She explained that we had a chance to walk away from the contract along time ago and we chose not to then she looked at us and said thank you have and wonderful day and we will see you in court. My agent called her boss and told her we couldn't change our mines at the last minute. We were impressed with her and she will be our real estate person form now on.
Jasmine is a very knowledge and well informed real estate agent. She had all the answers and was informd on all our needs. She knew about the neighbors, the schools and the local shopping areas. She has outstanding customer services.
