Efficient, Helfull and Always Prepared: Joy fully understood what we were looking for through e-mail (we were searching and corresponding through the internet from Argentina). She saved us lots of time in househunting by focusing on our specific needs. We fell in love with the second house she showed us on the first day and did not need to search further. She put extra effort in making sure we got the best price. She saved us an additional $10K even though we were ready to settle. Kind, warm and thoughtfull service. Definitely the best in the greater Greenville area. |

.. After purchasing 11 homes and 4 condo's in 5 states, I'm not one to give much credit to Realtors in general ... but this last purchase was done with one of the most professional quality persons I've ever met, let alone a superb Realtor to go with it --- Joy has forgot more about real estate than most brokers will ever know .... it was "our" pleasure to have her (and her organization) help us in the finding and the purchasing of our new home --- You just don't find them like this one anymore.! |
