We were directed to Carol Irwin as a result of a relocation from Iowa. Carol was late for meetings and provided more of a do it yourself service than a real relocation effort. As we were in Iowa, it was difficult to research school districts, lots, listings etc, but all Carol offered was websites as we did much of the work. In addition, Carol provided little advice when we were to make a final offer. In fact, she advised us to make a full price offer in a down market.
Do not choose Carol Irwin unless you like the DIY real estate experience. |
