*Knowledge... Greg either knew the answer or where to get the answer to every single one of our questions. He did not guess. *Helpfulness... We had to tell him to take a day off, literally - he worked TIRELESSLY and always had our best interests in mind. *Work Quality... We bought our first home ever while working a busy holiday season in retail, but Greg was able to work around my schedule to make it possible. I wish there were more categories to give him fives in! |

It was a pleasure to work with Greg and his team (Ali). We had a bad experience with our previous realtor, so Greg was a breath of fresh air. WOW !!! The process of purchasing a home was truly delightful because we dealt with Greg. We had a very negative experience with our previous "Buyer Agent" back in Texas, so after commenting my experience to my boss, he recommended Greg to us. His patience is "un-real". He listens to your needs and desires, and then delivers 110% of the service you request. Greg is in business to satisfy his customers. He will service you 24/7. No matter what day (weekends included), no matter if he is vacationing with his family in Myrtle Beech, SC; no matter if it's late at night...he was always there for us. Finally, he is such a wonderful human being, that made us change the way we refer to him from "our Agent" to "our friend". We would certainly recommend Greg' services to our friends and family. |

We could not have sold our house without Greg. We are a military family and had to move to Washington state. We had one real estate agent before him and that was a nightmare, I had to direct her through every step. On the other hand, Greg took care of everything and more without me having to check up on him. It took awhile to sell the house because it was so small and old but he did not not give up. If you want your property sold he is the one to choose. He's worth a 10 not a 5! |

I was severely upside down on my home. Greg guided me patiently thru the short sale process and always kept me informed and touched base with me at least weekly. His calm approach and vast experience made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Whenever I had a question, no matter how trivial it seemed, he was there for me with answers and advice. I can't imagine ever looking further for a real estate agent who is in there fighting for you 100% all the time. I've found my real estate agent for life! Thanks Greg! |

I had previously had a poor experience with my Realtor. I switched my listing over to Greg at the suggestion of a friend and my home sold in 3 months. He is honest and will work for you instead of just waiting for things to happen. |

Greg and Amy were absolutely AWESOME when I had to sell my fathers house in Maryland (I live in Michigan). Trying to sell a house, fix it up etc is hard when you live out of state and Greg and Amy knew who to call to get things done quickly. They were always available to me by email, phone or fax. Very knowledgeable and complete-nothing left undone. They knew what I would need and would be asking them before I did !! Like mind readers!! You definately want to deal with them :) |

Greg was very friendly and helpful in every way. He was always available to reach no matter what time of day or night I called, if he was not going to be available he would let me know before hand that I would be dealing with Amy in his absence.(which was very seldom). Greg was always helpful in answering any questions I had and making me feel at ease. The main thing that I liked about Greg is that he wasn't going to make alot of money off of me and yet he treated me as if I was his most profitable client. I would highly recommend using Greg as your real estate agent because he will get the job done and you will end up with a new friend as well. Thanks Greg for everything!! |

Greg was a real advocate for our family. we were hesitant to use a Realtor at first but Greg and Amy met us at our house and talked for a while about how they would work for us to market our home and get the maximum selling price. He walked though every room and gave us practical ideas to improve the appearance of our home for showings. We were convinced that they would do a great job and they certainly did! Greg was always in touch with us and always available. Selling your home is stressful. Greg reduced that stress significantly. Greg is a very accomodating agent with a thorough knowledge of the Maryland real estate market. For over a year he patiently helped us locate dozens of potential homes until we found the perfect one to buy. He was able to answer all of our questions and he made great recommendations on how we could maximize our living space too. I will definitely go back to Greg when the time comes to sell my home! |

As a first time home buyer from out of state I was completely new to the home buying process. Greg was nice enought to help guide me the whole process. He was amazingly available to me every step of the way and made the home buying process a very stress free experience. If you want a great agent that will work hard for you then Greg is your man. He spent a lot of time with us personally in addition to the time and energy spent marketing our property. He was always positive our house would sell and it did. He had his finger on the pulse of the market and guided us through some tough decisions. Greg is an agent like no other. He goes above and beyond and works unbelievably hard for his clients. He provides support and resources for things you won't even know you need. He is always available and has very fast response time. He is willing and able to answer ANY question you may have in a friendly, patient and timely manner. I just bought my 1st house and was so glad to have Greg as my agent. He was there for me every step of the way without being pushy. He researched every aspect of my house and the area so he was ready. He was always available to answer all my questions and he made sure I was always informed so I knew what was going on. greg is by far the absolute best agent i have delt with, bar none. in this market, greg kept only one interested buyer on my home in play for a 450,000 home. there's no other agent that could of pulled off what he did. there is no amount of words or thanks that i could ever say. i am not one for flyers in the mail, but his add stated that he always answers his phone. thank god for me that he did when i tested this, i feel as i won the lottery. threw all this crazy times of trying to sell our home at the worst time possible, and all of our tears of our dream gone away, greg found a way to comfort us and kept our emontions in check being pounded from both sides (from buyers and an agent who were just simply heartless, to sellers that invested all there hard earned money and emotions). greg has also become a really good friend, and i just wish i could do as much for him as he's done for us. there is no other agent like him....thank you for everything you have done, you are simply the best |

Greg helped me sell my home in 2005 and he did a terrific job. He was there every step of the way and went above and beyond what most agents feel is a sufficient level of service. I had worked with other agents in the past and there is no comparison. His responsiveness is exemplary. Never once did I have difficulty reaching him or have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a response. Not only do I highly recommend Greg, I am using his services again to buy another home this year. |

At the beginning of an ever slumping market, Greg was able to assist us in 2007 in selling our home. He gave us advice along the way to make it more appealing in a bad economy. He was always available and even helped us through one offer while we were in Vegas on vacation. Greg sold our house quickly (considering the market) and for a decent profit. Perhaps would I liked most about Greg was that he would good advice based on our goals/needs but never push us. In the end, Greg we came away with enough money to pay off all our debt and end up in a good house. If we wouldn't have sold when we did, we may have been a foreclosure statistic. Thank you, Greg! Greg is both professional, friendly, down to earth, considerate and an all around great agent that I would recommend to anyone! |

Greg was great. I found Greg after my other listing agent had failed to sell my house. He showed up with a plan. He had done research and had a good recommendation of were to price my house. I highly recommend him to anyone. He was always availible to me. I traveled to Iceland while selling my house and got an offer and he took the time to get a hold of me and go over everything in the contract offer. This to me was the best and I knew that I had found the right agent this time. |

A friend told us he knew the “perfect” agent to help us sell & buy a home in December 2007. Boy that was an understatement. We were pleased when Greg answered our call the first time. Greg Vurganov has been great. I bought my first home July 2008 with him as my realtor. I did not know much about home buying before. Greg has been so helpful in educating me on everything that goes on with the home buying process. He took care of everything for me making what is normally a stressful situation into a breeze. I know that my best interest were the most important thing to him. He is available any time. I have a very busy schedule but he was able to work with my schedule. I still am able to get in touch with him if I ever have any questions or need anything. Not only is he very professional and intelligent but he is also very personable. Greg took a lot of time while shopping for the best home for me. There is no question why he has such a great reputation. He is a great realtor and person.
