I met this realtor at an open house. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and no high pressure. He emailed me some houses that mostly fit what I was looking for, and called to make sure that I received them. After that I always called him, and he either answered or called back pretty quickly. Some agents become pests calling you all the time. I prefer driving by homes first by myself, and he gave me an automated number to call that you enter the address number and it speaks the property selling information and then emails the specs to you. I decided to extend my lease for another 6 months and wait a little while before buying anything, so I cant rate this realtor on negotiating a sale, but I will definitely give him a try when Im ready. |
