This comment is in response to a not so good review of Gina Schwalbe. Gina has been working on the sale of our home and she has been great to work with. She has been very patient with us while my wife has gone through cancer surgery and the resulting after effects. We had to postpone the effort to sell the house while my wife recovered and we were hopefull that we could find a way to keep our home. The negative comment about Gina came from a very obnoxious woman who pushed her way past my wife to "look around" inside the home even after she was told she had to go through our agent to look at the house. This lady would not take "go away" for an answer. She also came by the next day to peek over the fence on both sides of the house. She also called us repeatedly after she was asked not to. So if you happened to have read that negative comment, please consider the source. Gina has been very professional and a pleasure to work with. |

Wow, I can't believe anyone had a bad experience with Gina, she was the most delightful energetic and lovely agent we found. And what a hard worker. |

The only thing that could be worse than trying to purchase a house from her at full asking price + would be trying to sell a house with her. Gina Schwalbe does a disservice to the owners, customers, other agents, and Star Real Estate. All I ask for is honesty and she wasted a whole week of my time when the house wasn't even for sale and she was the listing agent. Just take it off the MLS if it isn't for sale or tell me if it isn't for sale. Don't tell me 2-3 times, yes the house is for sale. I only had 4 weeks total to be in Cali before having to go back east and she wasted a quarter of it! |
