We Dealt with her, while bidding on one of the houses. Her process of just taking everything on emails was very clumsy & unbearable. They would never ever take a call for anything, & then knowingly delayed our offer to the bank missing one or the other document, so that they may get another offers in the meantime. I though that was truly unprofessional. She should have been transparent, & honest to her work
I strongly suspect that Mena Rico leaked our bid information on 35590 Cabral, Fremont, CA. On 2nd round, we had bid 12K higher than the highest bid, and somehow, someone else bid just a few thousands over our bid...
