	4/28/13	2	1	1	Horrible. She NEVER called us about our house and never got us estimates we requested to improve it so it would sell. She was short with us and just not helpful. First experience selling a home and it was aweful.

	4/20/09	5	1	1	Ms. Dawson is the most unethical realtor I have ever come across. She uses insider information to benefit her and family of realtors to the detriment of legitimate buyers. Her website touts her integrity and sterling reputation but the fact is that she uses her position as former chair of several committees and president of the area board of realtors to steer business to the people that she wants it to go to. Do not use Edith Dawson. Highly unrecommended.
