Randy has managed my properties for the past 5 years and I have no complaints. He keeps the properties maintained and occupied with good tenants. Randy and his staff are hard working and trustworthy. |

The property management company was negligent in the handling in my home. I entrusted them to collect the security deposit and maintain the home in "good condition". However, when the tenants vacated I specifically (and in writing) made it clear that I was not okay with the condition the home was left in. They returned the deposit to the tenants anyway. The home has needed several thousand dollars of repairs and it took me months to get it in proper condition to lease out again.
They are horrible about communicating and taking responsibility. I imagine I will have to sue them to recover damages and lost rents. |

Helped relocated my clients in 3 days. Nicer homes in Edmond. Worked weekend to get them a place. A little more than my clients wanted to spend, but rent is higher in Edmond |

This realtor listed a house for a short sale and apparently doesn't know what he is doing, you never here back from him, and he still has a sign in the front yard but he has taken it off the MLS.....YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THIS!!! He has been extremely rude about trying to give info about the listing when calling about it. I would hate to be the bank/or the seller that owns this home because I am sure that they don't know how terrible this realtor is. 4703 Lake Ridge Court Tuttle, OK 73089 |

His company refuses to fix things when broken, he claims his employees have not informed him of arrangements they have made with the tenant. houses are not cleaned as promised before move in and tries to keep ALL deposits. has several companies under different names out of the same office. Renter be VERY aware!!! Edmond Premier, RPIG, Real Property Investment Group, Edmond Rentals are a few of the names he goes by. |

He has a real estate company that goes by MANY different names so that clients he is trying to sucker into using him will not find out that he's sued at least 81 tenants in the last 3 yrs for things such as thousands in damages over deposit amount. He's claimed he never received rent checks, even when rentee has 3 witnesses to the check's writing and placing in an envelope that was hand delivered to his office. He sends out eviction threats next w/out so much as a phone call to let you know he's claiming he didn't receive the rent. What a scam artist. The guy retaliates against tenants by charging them 200 dollars in "late fees" for rent that was paid on time whenever he gets angry. He'll move you in on completely uncleaned properties with pheces and vomit on the premises. He is the most vindictive dishonest litigous blackmailing retaliatory anger-ridden individuals I have ever encountered, & that's saying something considering I know way too many attorneys. |
