I had my house up by her. When I had two offers on the table she forced me to take the offer that was less money. She didn't want to do any of the neg she just pushed me to sign the paper you'll never get a better deal I kept hearing from her, It's a BUYERS market now. I said what about neg a deal she would not hear of it. I got mad I then started reading everything online about realtors and sellers rights I felt I had NO rights when she got done with me. I felt that because of my lack of knowing anything about this, she used this against me. From this she cancelled her contract I felt at the time upset, but from all of this, I HIRED A REALLY VERY NICE REALTOR FROM MANKATO, WHO TOLD ME THAT HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHY MY HOUSE HAD BEEN ON THE MARKET FOR THIS LONG. THE FIRST DAY ON THE MARKET HE HAD 2 INQUIRES. PRUDENTIAL ACTION REALTY. AMBROSE,is his name WONDERFUL SOME REALTORS COULD USE SOME CLASSES FROM HIM.Jill showed me what a rotten realtor she really was. |
