In past 2 years we have sold 2 homes using Don and the experience could not have been better. Not only did we receive the price target we were looking the process went very smooth. Don sold our home in Xenia for us. He kept up posted, prepared us for closing, and walked us through the whole process. He and his wife are top notch and, in our opinion, you can not find a better realtor. Oh, yes, one more thing. Because Don & Cyndi are so well known, respected, and have great contacts our house sold within 45 days and near the asking price. We could not possibly be happier with the wise advice given and superb service rendered. |

Don did a great job as my realtor in the sales process. He is very personable, caring, and professional. After meeting in person, I was very comfortable with Don. This was important because I was out of state for a large portion of the process and Don did a great job of keeping me informed and handling any details that came up. I would certainly recommend Don to others prospective buyers or sellers. |

My husband and I recently worked with Don Shurts to sell our house in Kettering. Don did a fantastic job of helping us get the most value from our property despite a tough market. We interviewed four local realtors as part of our process - the other three were very pessimistic and one even suggested we look at doing a deed in lieu of foreclosure. Don had a positive attitude and cautioned us not to sell ourselves too short. I am so glad we chose Don. He helped us get feedback from potential buyers on our house, which revealed a key problem - buyers didn't think the kitchen was big enough for a kitchen table, which limited the value of our four-bedroom home. Don suggested a change to the kitchen layout that solved the problem and I think helped us get an offer and a sale! I would recommend Don to anyone looking for a realtor who is highly professional, has a great attitude, and has great ideas to help get a property sold. |

Don was the perfect partner for selling the house my mom had lived in for 53 years. As an attorney in St. Louis, I have decades of experience with corporate deals but little experience in residential real estate, especially in Ohio. Don was very familiar with the local market and local practices, and when I ran out of answers, he had them. When decisions were needed, we thought things through together. He held my 83-year old mother's hand through the process when I was out of town, and explained things to her with courtesy and patience. He was always reachable and easy to deal with in person, by phone and by email. We sold the house at the right price in just a couple of months in a tough market. For my mom, this was a once-in-a-lifetime transaction that we had to get right, and I'm glad we had Don on our team. |

When I started looking for a home I knew some basic things that I wanted but was unable to put them all together in a home. Don was instrumental in helping me do that. He was very patient with me when I kept saying that we had not found the right home yet. Over the course of several months we found a beautiful home that had most of the attributes that I wanted and some nice extras I did not expect.
Thank you, Don, for helping me through this difficult process. When I am in the home market I will definitely look you up. |

I just wanted to say thank you to Don. As a first time home buyer I had many questions, and looked at a wide range of houses. Don explained the process, and had excellent references for inspector, and title agency. Very happy with his service and enjoying my new home! |

I would recommend Don Shurts to anyone looking at homes. He found my husband and I our dream home. Our home has everything and more than we were looking for. I loved working with him. He wouldn't sell you something that you wouldn't absolutely love. |

Don Shurts was wonderful to work with. He listened closely to what we were looking for and lined up homes that were appropriate. He was very thorough in his explanations and gave us his undivided attention. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we looked in. He explained things that we were unfamiliar with and had a great sense of humor. He ensured no glitches occurred and the closings went smoothly. I bought a house with his help and sold a house with his help. Cyndi staged our home for sale and we got an offer 36 days after the house was listed. We were very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. We highly recommend Don and Cyndi Shurts as realtors. |

Don Shurts is an amazing realtor. He was always available to answer all of our questions, big or small. We really wanted a realtor that wasn’t going to be pushy or try to up-sell us into a bigger home, and Don fit this requirement. When we toured different homes he gave his honest opinion, from a personal level, and not from a “business transaction” level. It was almost as if he was purchasing the home with us. He really made us feel like we were his only clients and his only priority. We have dealt with other realtors in the past and none of them come close to the same level of service that Don provided us. He found out we had a water leak after we purchased our home and Don called us to find out what was going on and wanted to make sure it was right, he didn’t just leave us hanging once the transaction was complete. We highly recommend him and feel he is an exceptional realtor. |
