Cyndi Shurts helped us to buy our first home and sell that very same house two years later. She is without a doubt one of the best in the business. Cyndi was very patient and held our hand during a very stressful transaction! She answered our anxious emails within 2 hours or sooner and was always professional and positive. In this economy, she even managed to get us above asking price! The listing she made for us was beautiful and detailed and brought a lot of potential buyers to our door, ending in an above asking price offer. |

Don and Cyndi sold our home in Dayton when we were told by friends and family to hold onto our hats because houses just don't sell in Dayton for market value these days. Well, the naysayers had never met Don and Cyndi! They sold our house so quickly I hadn't even started thinking about packing. Closing came and went without any trouble. We experienced none of the horror stories I've heard about from people who used other agents. We looked at many different houses with both of them, and in the end, we found the house in the area we wanted in the price range we wanted. You need to call Don and Cyndi today! |

Imagine working with someone who hasn't had a job in six years (stay at home dad), just got divorced, dog just died, very angry and hurt then was turned down by a bank for the first property six hours before closing fortyfive days into the process. I was devastated. Cindi never faultered. She always remained positive and had me looking at different houses the next day. We switched banks and got it done. I now have my home. Thank you Cindi for putting up with me.
Looking back now I must say its her honesty and communication that were top notch. She always answered the phone or called me back. Always! Cindi knew what I was looking for very quickly and didn't waste my time with properties that were out of my range or under my taste. Infact on Round two, the first house she showed me was the one I bought. Thats talent. Cindi also has a network of people like inspectors, plumbers, contractors etc that exceed your expectations in dedication to finding that little issue before you buy. |

Cyndi is great at what she does. I can not think of a single area where there needed to be improvement on her part. Smart, professional, efficient, kind, courteous,all these words describe Cyndi and what you can expect working with her. Oh, and VERY patient! My husband is an engineer and had a million questions and she didn't mind answering each one. If there was anything she wasn't sure about, she would find out and get back with us right away. We both highly recommend her. |

Cyndi was awesome, we had to purchase our home long distance and she made it painless. She searched until she found us homes that met our needs. When we chose the one we loved she worked through all the issues. We are living in the house we love. Cyndi and Don are good people who work hard to make your house buying experience awesome. |

Cyndi was great in helping us find our house. It took a while to find a good house and she didn't mind the endless searching. She was wonderful and I will use her again if we ever move. |

Cyndi Shurts was the 'perfect' real estate agent. Not only is she a true professional, but she went above and beyond to make sure our family found the home we were looking for. Instead of pushing us in a particular location or toward a certain home, she went back to the drawing board a number of times to find homes that would meet our needs to show us. Cyndi met us on the weekend and during the week, answered questions via telephone and email, and built her schedule around ours. Once we had picked a home, she helped us with the paperwork, inspections, etc., and even left us a super-nice home welcoming gift. Our transition into our new home was made a lot easier because of Cyndi. I would whole-heartedly recommend her to my friends or anyone new coming into this area.
