When we approached Art and Sharon about selling our home they were honest and forthright about pricing in order to make our property desirable to prospective purchasers. They did a terrific marketing job and we sold our home within 2 and one half months. Naturally we turned to them for the purchase of a new home. Their knowledge of what we were looking for put us in the right home for us. We strongly recommend them to others when we have the opportunity. Thank you Art and Sharon. |

Art David was our agent on two homes in Southwest Florida. One located in Naples, the other in Bonita Springs. He is very knowledgeable and very professional in his approach in the real estate market. We would highly recommend him, which we have done in the past. In fact since moving to the Villages, Florida, in central Florida, we have recommended him to the sales office here. They have a number of agents they work with nationwide, and we have asked them to include Art David as part of this network. The knowledge of the David Team is unbeatable. We are very thankful they encouraged us each time to go with the sale that was presented to us. It was in fact the sale that was needed to sell the home. |

Art David is a very knowledgable and professional real estate agent who will go "above and beyond" for his clients. I have never had trouble reaching Art at any time and can count on a return phone call within minutes of leaving a message. Living on Long Island, NY, it was difficult for us to view properties, go to contract, select finishes, etc. Art never hesitated to take care of such matters for us, which we have greatly appreciated. We have never had a relationship with an agent like the one we have with Art. Not only is he our agent, but we are proud to now call him a friend as well. |

Art David is an exceptional realtor. He is diligent, attentive, detailed, and trustworthy. His patience is virtuous. In addition, Art extended himself well beyond what is required of a realtor. As we are from New Jersey, we were at a disadvantage in terms of attending inspections and overseeing repairs. He made himself available for all of this, which made us feel very comfortable. We have great appreciation and respect for Art's professionalism. |

I met with him once and he is a caring, knowledgeable agent and knows NAPLES very well.He worked with me in my price range and showed me around to many good homes in my asking price range. I highly recommend him. |

I highly recommend Art David. I contacted Art several years ago about buying a property in Naples. My wife and I are both attorneys and were very particular about what we wanted and who would represent us as an agent. We were in no hurry and Art stuck with us as we searched for the right property. As we are from PA, we would meet with Art at various times while vacationing. In the end, we purchased a unit in a condo complex Art had recommended at the beginning of our search. We just needed to wait for the right unit to go on the market. Art was very professional and patient throughout the process. He showed us single-family homes and condos both near and far from the beach. As a result of Art's help (and Sharon's), we believe that we bought the perfect property for us. We couldn't be happier. As attorneys, we are very selective in choosing other professionals with whom we will do business. We very much enjoyed working with Art and Sharon David. The service they provided was excellent. |
