Patricia Jimenez allowed a seller, her client, to commit to an agreement of sale until right after the inspection where many repairs were determined necessary to meet basic health and safety standards; smoke detectors, CO detector, non-code electrical. After the buyer paid for the inspection, she allowed her client to deny responsibility in all of the repairs. She was probably just doing her job and representing her client, but it seems that experience would help to avoid sellers like that. |
