Jon was incredible, he was able to answer every question we had and always responded to us within a few hours if not imediately.He stuck with us for six months and found us the perfect home for the perfect price. He made us feel like we were the most important clients he had. Most importantly he let us know what was going on at ALL times. We knew about everything every step of the way and he made this "stressful" expeirence very easy and enjoyable. We loved working with Jon! |

Jon was very helpful explaining the different types of loans available, and what I needed to close the deal. Jon showed me numerous houses to look at and was very diligent in his appointments. I was a first-time home buyer and Jon made the experience a pleasurable one. |

We have bought 6 houses and worked with 10 realtors. And I can say that Jon Sutton is the only one that we wish to stay in touch with. He became a friend of the family and someone we WILL do business with again. Jon is someone we have already referred to others. He is patent, kind, understanding, friendly and very knowledgeable about the market. Mr. Sutton is the kind of realtor that everyone dreams of having, but ends up with all the rest. He rates better than the 5 we can give him. We have dealt with realtors how stole from us, didn’t work for us, and one that was down right mean to all. I wish there were most Realtors like Jon Sutton |
