hi my name is Edward DeJarnett in Hughson, Ca. I inquired about a listing I had seen of rural property in Lodi,Ca. Marty was very prompt and eager to show me and my friend Barbara the house and acreage. He was very curteous and extremely helpful in answering my many questions. When my husband & I started the process of purchasing our first house we were both scared and nervous. Marty put those worries to rest. Marty is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was amazed in this economy he was able to get a buyer for my house. Even though the deal fell through my bank but I really appreciated his helpful nature. As a matter of fact, I still keep in touch with Marty with any real estate questions. I would definitely recommend Marty to my family and friends. |

Marty is very knowledgable in the real estate market. Marty knows the information needed on each and every transaction he deals with, and if he is uncertin he will not just make up an answer but yet will research to find the right answers. Marty is great to work with as he is on top of everything! No need to call him for any information needed to close the transactions on the title and escrow end as he has already prvided the information. Marty is a wonderful agent and any client would be blessed to have him as their agent working for them!! |

I rated Marty with a 5 in all categories because he is the most knowledgeable/intelligent realtor that I have ever spoke to or dealt with. He is completely on top of everything you ask him and he thoroughly explains anything you do not understand. He is polite, efficient and works hard to help you get exactly what you want. |

Marty Hackworth is an exceptional real estate agent and broker, and there is non like him. He takes his clients serious and he gets the job done exceptionally well. Before he take on an assignment he makes sure the client is well educated about the pros and cons of particular sale or purchase type. When he assisted me with the sale of my house he put in a 110% to make sure my house was sold and he also made sure I was involved throughout the process. He is skilled and knowledgeable. Honesty is at Marty's heart and he does not compromise his integrity. While many real estate agent and brokers are busy cutting corners as well as being deceitful to clients, Marty is busy building a network of satisfied customers and friends. |
