She was rude, condescending and called me a liar. She didn't even show the home before she berated me over my preapproval letter. Beware!!! She will talk your ear off and ignore what you say |

Gina Schaal has been the best. Gina sold my jointly owned townhouse and has helped me buy my current residence and is also the agent for the sale of the another townhouse of mine. Gina is always there with up to date information, market trends, and suggestions to help get the transaction completed. She's polite, informed, Very Professional and willing to go the extra mile for her clients and for others involved in the transaction. I've heard nothing but positive things from my inspector and my mortgage person. The one word that comes to mind with Gina is INTEGRITY. I cannot say enough good things about her. |
