He wrote a contract for us and had no clue what he was doing. It turned out to be a short sale which he did not tell us and had no idea how one worked when we did find out. We ended up wasting alot of time and we lost the contract on top of the time to get another one and we were forced back in to renting for another year. I would highly recommend NOT using this realtor. He carried around a card of a real estate company that he no longer even worked for and was more less representing himself which is why I said he worked for Fly by Night.
