Pros: available, on time, clear communication, closed the deal, able to get great info on homes. Cons: Got Car sick in car with her, left key for home at close of escrow outside the door; did not hand us the key, promised she would find a home warranty and give a $100 towards it (as housewarming gift) and never followed through on her word. Finding the home was a great process with lisa, she just seemed to "check out" once the deal was almost done, and we were not too pleased with that. We felt like once the deal was sealed and she was going to get her money that we were of no concern anymore. |
