While vacationing in AZ I had the pleasure of having Shawn Rogers, MisterRogersHomes (great real estate business name!) show me some homes for sale. In such a timely manner, we toured homes that met my personal preferences and financial needs. I found Shawn to be extremely knowledgeable, thoroughl, professional in a down-to-earth style, honest, and responsive to my questions, telephone calls and subsequent emails. My home buying experience with Mr. Rogers was phenomenal. He understood my needs, his local knowledge was beneficial and most importantly he understands how to work things positively in a volatile market/challenging economic conditions.
I would strongly suggest utilizing Mr. Rogers for any of your real estate requirements and would recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Shawn did an awesome job. He really went to bat for me to get the best deal possible. In this poor economy, he got my house sold in a month and I even made a profit. There was a lot that went on behind the scenes that Shawn took care of in order to provide me a stress free sale! I would recommend Shawn highly. I would recommend Shawn any day. He's the hardest working agent I know and a great guy overall. He really never sleeps as others have mentioned. First off, Shawn never sleeps. If he's your agent then he's 24-7 on your team ready to do anything to help you out. He was so great helping us buy our first home from another state! I felt totally at peace and comfortable with what was going on just knowing that Shawn was on top of it and giving me all the play-by-plays. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an agent for any reason, 100%. |

If you are looking for a dedicated real estate agent, you have come to the right place. I dreaded the process of buying a house, and I stressed when I didn't need to. Shawn is the most amazing realtor in world. He goes above and beyond and is with you every step of the way. Most importantly, Shawn is personable and makes you feel like you have a true friend. One night at 1:00 a.m. I had sent an email to Shawn with a question, figuring he would call me first thing in morning or reply to the email in the morning, I heard from him in less than 5 minutes! He always returns phone calls immediately, that is if he doesn't answer, which is hardly ever. He has been amazing with me, my daughter and my Mother. In this business, anyone can make promises. The true value of an agent is their knowledge and most importantly, FOLLOW UP. Mr. Rogers far exceeded our expectations in these areas. I never once had to call him during this process. Phone, email, in person, Shawn was there every step of the way to keep us at ease. Selling our home was an emotional experience, but Shawn guided us through all the hurdles and challenges that came about. I never expected to get our house sold at full value. Thanks the Mr. Rogers we closed at 100% of our asking price and are now extremely pleased with our new home that, of course, Shawn helped us find. Shawn is probably the best Realtor that I have ever worked with. For an example, my wife panicked and had a question at 11pm one night. I sent him an e-mail and he responded at 11:04 awnsering the question! This guy is very professional and is a HUGE advantage to anyone looking for a home. Our loan even fell out with out bank and he was able to give us a lender who closed our loan in 2 weeks! He really saved the day! |

I had gone through 2 other real estate agents in the valley before finally using Shawn and he did a great job of advising me. He was always ready to answer any questions.
