I am firmly convinced I could not have picked a better agent to represent me in my bid for a condo in Minneapolis. After 25 years of apartment living I decided to take the plunge and buy my own home. I had no idea of how the real estate process worked so I had to put my trust into my realtors hands. I made the perfect choice. Patrick is very knowledgable and put me at ease during this process. He was always available for questions and kept on top of everything that needed to be done. I know he worked very hard behind the scenes with the leasing agent and out of town title company. He kept me in the loop as to what needed to be done and what our next steps would be. Even though my closing is past and I am living in a mountain of boxes and bubble wrap, I can pick up the phone and call Patrick with any questions I have. He is approachable, helpful, hardworking, and not afraid to admit he is always learning. You will be happy with your results. |

As first time home buyers, we didn't know a whole lot about the home buying process. When we met Patrick, he took us through the process step by step, and made it easy for us to start looking at homes when we were ready. He made himself available whenever it was convenient for us, and was happy to return to properties as many times as it took us to feel comfortable. He has a command of the technologies involved in finding and viewing homes, and responded quickly to multiple methods of contact (email, text, and phone). He kept us focused on the big picture, and we enjoyed his sense of humor and easy-going personality. |

It was evident during the whole process that Patrick's primary goal was to get my husband and I the house we really wanted for a price we could afford, and he helped us to understand each step of buying process. He is very knowledgeable and picked up on a number of important factors that we overlooked when viewing properties. Patrick was always available to answer my questions (and as a first-time home buyer, I had plenty!). |

Going with Patrick as our realtor was one of the best decisions we made when it came to buying our first house. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to answer any question we had. We never felt any pressure from him at any in the home buying process. It was obvious that he enjoys what he does and wanted to help us find the house we wanted for the best price we could get. We always felt that he was working in our best interest. After our offer was accepted on our house, he recommended a great home inspection company and even attended the inspection with us. He also suggested we have the radon levels in the home tested, which is good, because they were high. He then negotiated on our behalf to have the seller pay the mitigation cost. The icing on the cake is that he is also very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. |

We couldn't have asked for a better agent. Patrick often went above and beyond our expectations (for instance, when our vacant house was winterized, he took his own personal space heaters to the property in order to get it ready to be de-winterized). He guided two first-time home buyers through the very difficult process of purchasing a HUD home while educating us to the home buying process. Never did we feel like he wasn't able to accommodate our schedules. We cannot speak highly enough of the work that Patrick did. |
