Geoff Hamill, the low ball expert who is only interested in getting a quick sale/commission for himself. He gave us fake excuses about how his Prudential signs were getting knocked down around the neighborhood when we signed up with him. Then eventually our sign was knocked down, only to find out that it was him and his people knocking them down so that our house would be bypassed so that potential buyers would go up the street to another home he was having an open house for. He will forever have a bad reputation with me. Don't be fooled by him and please use another agent. |

Geoff assisted us in both the buying and selling of homes. He is extremely knowledgable of the market in our area and the real estate industry. He was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns during the process. His assistant, John, was also a treat to deal with. My husband and I will recommend Geoff to anyone who is looking for a realtor in our area. |

Geoff gave us outstanding service. He kept us apprised in a very timely manner of all aspects of a long and difficult escrow. He always was prompt in returned voice & emails. His negotiating skills saved us thousands of dollars. Our house sold in a very difficult market and at a very reasonable price. We could not be more happy with how he helped us. |

Geoff & his team are knowledgable and professional. We sold our loft condo in record time and Geoff kept the entire transaction on track including a fast escrow. He marketed the property extremely well helping us realize a selling price above market. He maintained excellent communication with his us and with the buyer's agent and really cared about us even though ours was not one of his higher end properties. Best of all, should we look to return to Claremont (and there is no finer place to live), our first call would be to Geoff to help us find a place to live. |

I work with 500 agents a year and Geoff was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Relocation is a difficult beast to understand & tame and Geoff was patient and friendly throughout! - K. Claytor, Primacy Relocation. |

Geoff for three years has professionally and caringly helped me make the transition from my fifty-one year home to a one story home in Claremont . I was quite particular about the prospective home and Geoff unfailingly kept his cool and charm. He has a fine sense of fun and humor which helped on many difficult occasions. He engineered the full price and escrow date best for me. He helped me through the purchase of my home. He has a fine tuned knowledge of the market that is incomparable. |

This is one outstanding agent! His professionalism wows me! I am a newly widowed woman with emotions a bit scattered at times. He 'held the ship up!' His amazing awareness of what's hapening in the city and who to contact is very reassuring. What can I tell you - bottom line, he listed my very unique property at 1,250,000 & sold it for the same. I love the man and respect him greatly! |

We have been poorly represented by Associate Broker Geoff Hamill, Prudential Wheeler Steffen Real Estate in Claremont, CA. Many written and verbal assurances made throughout the course of our home's listing agreement have not been completed, or have been ignored. Geoff Hamill promised that he would represent our property using a full range of advertising media. To be included in this marketing strategy were: internet, print media, and a brochure and floor plan available to prospective buyers at our home.During the five weeks following the signing of the listing agreement, no advertising was purchased in any of the real estate magazines he had mentioned to us. Also, he did not complete a printed brochure during this time. He offered many excuses,he did not think one magazine was appropriate for our home but listed another client;he missed the deadline for several publications. Our unpleasant and costly relationship with this real estate group should not be repeated, nor go unnoticed. |
