We had previously listed our manufactured home without much success or activity. Our previous agent's only suggestions were to keep dropping the price to "see if it sells". After that contract expired, we looked for another agent and a neighbor referred us to Mara. I am so thankful. She had the energy and enthusiasm we needed to get our house back on the market and get it SEEN! She gave us more helpful and positive suggestions in the first two weeks that we had previously received in 6 months with the other realtor. It was so encouraging to see how many showings we had, and more importantly the feedback we needed to make our home more marketable. She encouraged us all along the way - she reminded us to be open to trying different things, and she even helped us rearrange the furniture. Thank goodness we trusted her and listened. Because IT WORKED!! We will recommend Mara to anyone needing a realtor and when we sell in the future we will ask Mara to list for us again. |

Mara is the best! I told her I was thinking about maybe selling my home in Mountain View, and before I knew it the listing was up and we had two full price offers. I would still be "thinking" about it six months later if Mara hadn't taken charge and made it happen. "Get-It-Done-At-Once No-nonsense Real Estate Service" is not just a slogan. Mara makes it happen!! |

Mara's knowledge and expertize of mobile home sales was a great benefit to us as the seller. She kept us well informed as to the repairs needed to sell our mother's home and has several business resources that could do the required job at a reasonable cost. If there is something that is needed Mara quickly responds to get it done. She has a positive attitude, is trustworthy and works hard to make her client happy. |

I highly recommend Mara Salomon. When my husband and I first found the house we wanted, our circumstances dictated that we would need to close escrow in two weeks, or not at all. Everyone seemed to think that was an impossible goal -- everyone except for Mara! She said it wasn't impossible, but we had to move quickly. Well, guess what? We DID close in two weeks, with Mara's help. Throughout the process, Mara was always very responsive to the endless email inquiries I sent to her. A less professional agent would surely have lost patience with me early on! But Mara was a true professional every step of the way. |

Mara did an outstanding job in selling our late mother's home. Before Mara we had the house listed with another agent for 6 months. Not only he was unable to sell the house, he had little communication (our phone calls are usually returned a few days later). Mara's specialty in analyzing difficult house & internet marketing worked great. When we first met Mara, she advised that our pricing was good but the house presentation and marketing were poor. (last realtor wanted us to install granite counter tops, wood floors, etc at over $60,000! We did not have money to fix the house that way.) Mara's advice was "fixing only if adding value" She really understands spending minimum cost fixing up for maximum value. She brought in her work crew and interior designer, less than $10,000 and 3 weeks later it was ready for market & was sold in 8 days! Mara was cheerful and pleasant, daily email updates & return phone calls promptly. Great job, we're very happy we got to work with her! |

Miss Salomon is a professional & empathetic Realtor who really thinks from her clients point of view. Which is not easy to find these days. She has always been patient with and professional in answering my endless questions.
She doesn't beat the bushes, non pushy (unlike other sales people I met), and is always straight forward, honest and sincere in her handling of my condo sales.
I highly recommend her if you are finding an honest and hard working Realtor for selling your condo or house. I know I won't hesitate in calling her should I have the need again. (In fact, I have hired her managing my 4-plex apartment for rent.) |

As we're entering a new year, I remember how anxious I was to sell my home in Mountain View, CA. I had already moved to AZ and was worried that , with the other homes available in our park, mine might take a long time to sell.
You immediately tastefully decorated the almost empty house, took photos, and with listings and brochures did a marketing blitz that produced a buyer within a couple of months. Talk about relief!

We had heard good things about Mara from other residents of Santiago Villa Mobile Home Park. From the time we first talked until the day we moved out to allow the new buyers to take possession, she was professional and attentive to every question and requirement.
I have already recommended her to a friend who has reported outstanding service. If you need someone to get the job done, she is the person you should work with. |
