My Experience with Bob Woods and the RE/Max team has been horrible. After having him try to sell our house for months and bringing him the only prospective buyer that has made an offer, he failed to close the sale. After asking to terminate our Business relationship, he has failed to return legal documents, pick up his real estate signs from the property, and it took him over a week to remove the listing from MLS which held us up from getting another agent on the job. To top the experience off, we are in arbitration with the lost buyer for a $1,000.00 deposit, and we can't get a simple response on to where the money is or when we will receive it. If you are looking for good service and someone who does what they say they will do, Bob Woods is not your man! |
