We met Alan by mistake, we were suppose to meet another agent but she went on vacation when we arrived. That may have been a blessing, Alan was new to the business but we could tell what ever he did before he was a professional. We were from the UK and he was so patient showing us properties in our price range. He never tried to sway us, sat in the back ground letting us absorb each home we saw until we finally found the one we liked. we could go on, we consider him a friend and he continues to help us when we need it. Alan and Jane are the nicest, friendliest and most efficient realtors you would ever have the pleasure of dealing with. We met Alan in an Open House. We liked him straight away. We could tell that he is very committed to his work and always had our best interests at heart. He was not trying to sell us any house he could, he just wanted us to be happy with the home we chose. He knew that we are from the UK so didn't really know what we were doing. He guided us all the way so we felt very comfortable. Jane helped us in buying a business. She helped us pick one out and recommended us to an immigration lawyer. She was so helpful, we really couldn't have done it without her expertise. She was so knowledgeable and confident everything she does! They are now selling one of our houses. They have been doing a lot of open houses, they've made an amazing effort for us. Makes us feel like number 1 on their priority list! We couldn't have asked for anyone better or recommend them highly enough! |
