Thanks so much to Karrina for taking us all over town to find the property that we wanted. We were looking for a first home, and couldnt find much in our price range, but she found us a place in a nice neighborhood. We are pleased with the loan officer, and the loan program she referred us to. We give out both numbers to all our friends.
This lady comes off friendly but will get pompous and snippy when a problem is brought to her. She is very unprofessional using friends and family to patch problems instead of trying to fix the actual problem using professionals. She is looking more to save money than to help ease the concerns of her tenants. Instead of being reasonable she comes off insulting. We have never been so fooled before.
