In my initial contact, Julie was extremely helpful and personable. I did enjoy talking with her and I thought we would have a great working relationship. Over time, in our conversations she was still extremely personable, but she was not forthright in her answers. I felt that she led me in circles and gave me misinformation. If I had to do it over again, I would have never worked w/ Ms. Stracener. |

It has been a real joy working with Julie the last couple of months while building my home. Julie went above and beyond to find me the RIGHT builder along with the PERFECT floorplan on a GREAT lot to make the whole experience a DREAM COME TRUE! Thank you JULIE! B Family:) |

I was having a problem with another Real Estate Agent and then God sent me Julie and she has been so good & honest with all of my needs in real estate and will help you anyway she can she is the type of women that would give the shirt off her back to help anyone. So I can tell you something if she needs my help I would do any thing for her if she needed me two. Thank you Julie for being the best Real Estate Agent any one could have. Tammy Rains |

i am in the process of working with miss julie strancer for the long haul and in moy opinion she has all the tools and savy to get all of your real estate transaction from start to finish i would recommend julie to any and all of my clients |

After dealing with an unresponsive Real Estate agent for almost a year, I got frustrated and searched for another agent to represent me. So far, I am extremely happy with Ms. Stracener. Her knowledge and work ethic is astounding. She took time late into the night to answer my questions and emails. She performed all of this PRIOR to any agreement to represent me. My business relationship with Ms. Stracener is not yet ended, I will give an update when it is finished. |

Dont you love it when an agent can post fake comment. This thing is a joke. This agent is posting fake references and then giving other agent fake references also. |

I am currently working with this agent. She has gone above and beyond to keep me informed. I am sadden to read posting below mine. I did ask Ms. Stracener about this client and she shares with me she NEVER heard of the person. Please take my word for it...this agent cares about her clients! |

Julie found us our dream home almost over a year ago this week and we just wanted to let EVERYONE KNOW.....SHE knows what she is doing. Miss Stracener was extremely helpful and "catered" to all of our needs. We just purchased 2 investment properties with her help and would highly recommend her! I would highly recommend Ms. Julie Stracener. Julie put me in touch with an investor last year who helped me with a lease purchase home. After working on my credit for about 11 months, I am now in the process of purchasing the home from the investor. I close on 12/29/06. Julie has investors who will purchase homes of your choice and allow you to work on your credit while living in the home. I did not think this would work....and I expressed my frustion to my credit restoration company. They assured me it would take a little time and now I am seeing the results. I am a believer!!! This does work and I am proof. |
