Sue was our buyer's agent - she also does seller's agent work, we ran into her when we were going to open houses. She is really fantastic. Found good properties, was incredible knowledgeable about the area (we were looking Brecksville, Independence, Broadview Heights, Solon, Twinsburg, Hudson, but I believe she's also very knowledgeable about areas North and West of Solon) gave us great tips on things to do where we'd be moving, put no pressure on us to buy expensive (we purchased at almost the very bottom of our price range), and gave good advice on bargaining. She got our deal closed quickly and is incredibly dedicated - when the escrow company screwed up and our home warranty was in the lurch, she made the calls to get things fixed - on the same day she had cancer surgery. I don't know what you could want more. |
