Just finished doing my taxes with Karen Fhima, of Oxygen Association Services. She's very personable and competent. I will use Ms. Fhima next year as well.
Most recently, Oxygen Association Services, took over the property management and accounting for our homeowner's association. They've really done a tremendous job thus far. We had past accounting issues with our previous management company who only gave us a "book-keeper" whereas now we have access to both a CPA and a controller. Our financial records are in much better order now.
