Irina is excelent agent and very good person.I like her patient and support during saling and later buying another house.She never pushed,she always explain what good and what not realistic. i woud recomend her to everybody who need honest,proffesional and patient realstate agent. |

Irina was incredibly patient with us and took us to see dozens of pptys over 6 months. She was very responsive, never pushed us and offered excellent insight into both on property features and buying strategy in a hot market. I would happily use her services again. |

Irina is SIMPLY AMAZING!! She helped us sell our first home and because of our experience with her, we gladly asked her to help us buy another house 8 months later. In both cases Irina helped us manage our expectations, exhibited very good knowledge of the market, while appreciating the fact that we wanted a good deal. She was always a phone call away and her response time to our emails and calls was in minutes (not hours or days). Irina is a true professional and a real pleasure to work with. It was a real pleasure to work with Irina. She did an excellent job in both selling our house and buying a new condo. With her advice our house was sold 4% more of asking price. With help of real estate agent Irina Scott we did sold our townhouse for more money that we plan and expected. Thank you Irina for the excellent presentation of our house at MLS, for the home staging and for the intense negotiations with buyers. My wife and I recently purchased our first home in Canada with the help of Irina Scott. We were very pleased to have dealt with her. She took the time to get to know us and our housing needs. Being first time buyers we were not familiar with all of the intricacies of the house buying process, but Irina took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood exactly what we were signing. Irina never made us feel rushed and she worked around our schedule. During our home search Irina was always punctual and always available to us. One more important thing about working with Irina was her connection to other specialists such as lawyers, mortgage brokers and home inspectors. Irina is fantastic, she went out of her way to help us find our first home. She spent countless hours searching listings for us, showing us houses,researching and providing information about the local areas. She always returned our calls, never ingnored us and was at our call anytime we needed her. I absolutely greatful to Irina for helping us find our first home that we absolutely love.
