Beatriz' work ethic is by far the best. If I ever had a question 7 days between the hours of 6am-11pm I could expect a response back within minutes or just a couple of hours. She is incredibly efficient and detailed. She will never guess or say things like "yeah they will let you do that" unless she has already looked into it. She is so nice and will not move forward with anything until you are fully knowlegable of what is going on. And when you're ready to move on something and make an offer she usually gets back to you in just hours. I have worked with 4 other realtors and have honestly never worked with anyone more professional, efficient, available, and passionate about her job.
