Karl Muno is a Honest, reliable, trustworthy agent! Karl made our first time home buying experience great! Karl would follow through with any and all questions or concerns we had. He was charming and very knowledgeable. I highly, HIGHLY, highly recommend using Karl if you are looking to purchase a home. He puts the customer first and is not satisfied until YOU are! Karl went above and beyond for us! He gave us good advice and made sure everyone working with us was keeping on track of things. Not only did he come out every Monday to take pictures of our house being built for us, he also made sure to be available during the whole process of the paperwork and walk through. Karl is a great real estate agent!! It is unfortunate that others don't see or feel the quality of his experience in the real estate market. Perhaps, what others felt were incompetence or laziness I found to be quite the opposite. Karl truly represents what I feel real estate agents used to be...a friend! Karl takes the representation of your property personally! He takes the time to listen to what the seller needs and wants to accomplish and then works his strategy to correlate to that. Most other real estate agents just care about selling your property and forcing you to believe that each deal is the right deal so they can get their commission. Not Karl, he truly will REPRESENT his client's needs! How many real estate agents are willing to drop their commission or even give some of their commission back to ensure a good deal will go through? Can anybody else truly call their real estate agent a friend? think about that the next time your reaching for your pocketbook!
Karl is a great realtor who goes above and beyond the call of duty. He has access to great properties at great prices, a much better selection than other brokers I've dealt with in SA. He has helped out my family many times and I'm proud to call him my realtor and my good friend!
