Heather is definitely the worst real estate agent I have ever met. She dresses like white trash, with her huge**** hanging out everywhere, nose and tongue piercings, unprofessional clothing, and hair practically to her ankles that she recently died an awkward shade of redish pink. If her completely unprofessional appearance isn't enough to drive you off, perhaps her complete lack of knowledge is. She comes in the house she's showing you with no knowledge on the property aside from what she can figure out just from looking at the house. She never answers her phone or returns phone calls. I've had to call 7-10 times on different contact numbers before getting a hold of her even when she's in the office. Also, the receptionist is very unprofessional and gets snotty with you for calling back to get a hold of the agents, and always looks like she's on drugs. I will never use Rowan Real Estate & Rentals again because of this and will definitely be warning everyone I know as well! |
