We just sold our house and bought a house through Paul and Monica. The experience was fantastic from the beginning till the end. Paul went over and above his call of duty to help us out (saved us thousands of dollars). Their team of professionals is par excellence. We don't have enough words to express how good Paul & Monica Nagpal are. Being first time home buyers, we had enough tension and tons of doubts. Coming from England, this was a major move for us and we were dreading the house hunting. But it was such a pleasant surpprise finding Paul and Monica. They made everything really simple and easy. Finding the house with them did not seem so hard. They know exactly what the client is looking for and did not take us on unnecessary viewings. Really excellent; And as they claim..there was no pressure involved. We took our time looking around and they never pushed or demanded. Our agents for life ..I would say. |

What a pleasure! Dealing with Paul was fantastic. We are not always the easiest people to get along with, but Paul showed exceptional and infinite patience with us. He never pressured us into putting an offer (I know of a lot of agents who do) and was there when we needed him... Thanks Paul! |

I am most disappointed with the opinion expressed above & I vehemently protest. That review is so wrong, I just have to try to mention my experience which was completely the opposite.
I am a new home buyer & have been in my new place for nearly a year - Paul & Monica went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a place in the part of the GTA I was interested in.
They recommended both houses and neighbourhoods & showed me what houses (structural issues, etc) and neighbourhoods (lack of amenities, etc) to avoid.
Even friends who are experienced buyers (& were helping me select a place) - were most impressed with both Paul's breadth and depth of knowledge.
Further to all that, this team also saved me tens of thousands on the price. What more can I ask for?
I am most glad they were on my side in selecting my first place & for that I'm forever grateful.
I'll be a repeat customer for life. I've HIGHLY recommended them to everyone I know. They're too good not to share. |

Monica and Paul were amazing from start to finish. I have dealt with many agents over the years but none were as professional and knowledgeable as them. They both are upfront and honest and extremely reliable. We were able to reach him at all times and nobody knows more about the area I was looking at. I recommend him to all my family and friends without any hesitation. |

Paul Nagpal is a newbie to the industry - he didnt tell us this. He's using his wife's shadow to build his share of real estate fortune - with bad promises just like his wife. Becareful when dealing with this couple. Monica & Paul Nagpal. They're very friendly & follow up with you daily. They tell you all the wonderful sales they closed and keep your hopes high with amazing stories about buyers who built equity within years of buying properties from them. Once the deal is done, they are no where to be found for help. After living in this neighbourhood for 2 months, we're finding out this particular neighbourhood isn't the greatest. They told us otherwise. After speaking to our neighbours we're finding out we got a raw deal. Once a while they try to call us as if everything is fine... we just started ignoring them. |
